Chandrawati Tiwari Law College (CTLC), established in 2007, is a premier law institution in Kotdwar, Uttarakhand, affiliated to Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal (Central) University, Srinagar and approved by the Bar Council of India, New Delhi. Governed by Kalp Jan Sewa Sansthan, Dehradun (Regd.).
